• Finished the Cowtown Half Marathon in Ft. Worth
• Skied down Big Sky
• Ocean kayaked at Cinnamon Bay, St. John
• Got boat flipped doing Class 5 rapids on a Penobscot River whitewater rafting trip
• Swam in the Atlantic Ocean
• Enjoyed Hawk’s Nest, Trunk Bay, and Cinnamon Bay beaches
• Snorkeled the underwater trail at Trunk Bay
• SCUBA dives - Congo Cay, Carvel Rock, French Cap “Pinnacle”, and French Cap “Ledges” (dove with around 8 sharks)
• Boat tour on the Aegean Sea
• Played in the waves in the Mediterranean
• Snorkeling in the Blue Lagoon in Turkey
• Found a letter in a bottle on Black Beach thrown from a cruise ship
• Hiked the Mt. Will trail in Newry, ME

Sightseeing, History & Culture

• Visited Boston University on an official campus tour
• Visited Tufts University on an official campus tour
• Walked around Harvard University campus and Harvard Square
• Visited the White House
• Took in the view from the top of the Empire State Building
• Experienced Times Square during the day and at night
• Visited the Statue of Liberty
• Walked to the Spanish steps in Rome
• Walked around the Colosseum and the arena
• Threw a coin in the Trevi fountain
• Survived the Vatican Museum to see the Sistine Chapel
• Experienced the Pantheon in Rome
• Went to see the Duomo in Florence
• Watched the sunset at Piazzale Michelangelo in Florence
• Tried to hold up the Leaning Tower of Pisa
• Took a peaceful jog in Hyde Park in London
• Toured the Hammond Castle in Gloucester, MA
• Rode a cog train to the tallest mountain in the eastern US - Mt. Washington
• Watched changing of the guards at the Buckingham palace
• Walked by St. James park
• Walked across the Tower Bridge of London
• Stood beneath Elizabeth Tower and listened to the iconic chimes of Big Ben
• Climbed to the top of Arc de Triomphe
• Went to the summit of the Eiffel Tower, watched the Eiffel Tower sparkle at 11:00 PM
• Saw the Notre Dame
• Saw the Blue Mosque
• Saw Hagia Sophia from the outside
• Bargained at the Grand Bazaar
• Shopped at Mısır Çarşısı (Spice market) in Istanbul
• Took a ferry (vapur) from Kadikoy to Beşiktaş, saw the Bosphorus and the Maiden Tower
• Visited The Louvre, saw the art, not just Mona Lisa
• Walked the walkways of the Tower Bridge
• Went up on the London Eye
• Rode the EuroStar from London to Paris
• Rode in a London taxi

Food & Drink

• Lobster and mussels at the Alive and Kicking Lobsters in Boston
• Had Scotch Eggs and chips at Barley Mow
• Had pizza, gelato, and Cafe Latte in Italy
• Lunch at All’antico Vinaio, La Paradiso, Mortadella, crema di pistacchio e stracciatella e granella di pistacchio
• Cheese wheel pasta at La Buchetta
• Had conch fritters at High Tide
• Had fish ‘n chips in an English pub

• Cheered for the Aggies at a Texas A&M home game
• Saw the Blue Man Group in Boston
• Took a photo with a decorated London phone booth
• Solved many escape room puzzles with friends and family
• Went on a Segway tour in Nashville
• Got to see Shamu at the “One Ocean” show in SeaWorld, Orlando
• Experienced doing laundry at a European laundry mat. Had caffe latte while waiting for laundry.
• Made my own Christmas ornament at a glass blowing studio
• Watched fireworks at South Padre island
• Bet on the yellow knight at Medieval Times and won
